Thank you for visiting our website. Mission
Honduras LeMars is a not-for-profit, 501(c)(3) tax exempt organization begun
in the fall of 2002. Working in the second poorest country in the western
hemisphere, our primary purpose is charitable. Our mission focuses on the areas of health care and medicine, water projects,
and supplemental food programs in support of the areas around
Montaņa
de la Flor, El Guante and
Esquias, Honduras. We dedicate this effort to the
poor people of this area of Honduras in attempting to improve the condition
of their lives.

On Monday, Mission Honduras LeMars received word from
Francis Seivert that Julio Soto, head chief of the Tolupan
of
Montaņa de la Flor, had died. MHL has had a special
connection with the Tolupan and Jefe Julio for many years.
He was a special man that will be missed by many. |
